Cannot reference fields on linked form to create value

Cannot reference fields on linked form to create value

Hello, just a few issues. 1) the tab is not working from Username to Confirmation Code on this form. 2) received an error message when trying to register as a user (says exceeded attempts, but this was first try). 3) When I am in one form I want to reference a variable linked on another form, but it is not available. I cannot refer to it, even though the default filters for linked tables (forms) are there. Thank you! jeff@jeffmcneill.com
