Cant edit script - corrupt application?

When I attempt to edit the on add...on success script for Form Tasks, I get an [object Error] message in red bar at the bottom of the script window and it just keeps on "loading..." forever. Free-flow scripting wont load either. As far as I can tell it's just this particular script on this form, which happens to be the main form with all my data. Other scripts open fine.

This may or may not be related to why I cant copy this application either. I'm very worried that my business critical application has become corrupt and is going to crash - and with no way to back it up.
