Cant see all my report

I am just starting to use Zoho creator. I have a small problem which is probably due to my failure to understand how it works. I have a query which returns 22 rows in the report. In the edit screen I can see all 22 rows, printing a PDF produces all 22 rows but the report you only shows 10. There is no scrollbar to enable me to look at the ones lower down (see the screen grab attached) and using the navigation arrows only lets me see one more row. How do I display all 22 of my rows?
