Recently Zoho appears to have added a "
Capture geo coordinates" option to Zoho Creator Address form fields. By defaulting this option to ON (and not properly testing it) the addition has partially broken the Address field in Zoho Creator Forms. If a user inputs a # symbol into any of the Address fields the form will immediately throw an "Error Occured" message and the only solution is to reload the form and re-enter all data without using a # symbol. The "Error Occurred" message appears immediately after exiting the Address field that contains the # symbol, and breaks the form preventing it from submitting.
Hopefully Zoho fixes this soon. The simple fix in the interim is to turn off the "
Capture geo coordinates" for the Address field.
