I have created a field as a flag to whether a document is pinned or not. I've worked out how to do this from the report using action buttons, and am currently using another field to show if it's true or not.

Is it possible to conditionally format the buttons themselves ? I have mocked up what I am looking for - my attempt is on the right

Or something similar ?
