change notification email on form

I want to send my forms notification to a different email but whenever I edit the form and change the email, an error message show up saying.

" Error Occured. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please try after some time or refresh the page and try again."

Of course I have tried with different browsers and machine and still get the same error.
