Hey everyone!
As we've added new features to Zoho Inventory over the years, the number of modules accessible from the left sidebar has increased as well, requiring you to scroll to get to the bottom of the sidebar.
So, we've decided to declutter the left sidebar by grouping multiple modules under common headers. Here's what will change:
Renamed Items to Inventory
The current Items header will be renamed to Inventory. This is to represent the modules under it better, such as Price Lists and Inventory Adjustments, which go beyond just creating or editing items.
Sales and Purchase Modules
We've added two new headers: Sales and Purchases, to provide easy access to the modules that you use on a day-to-day basis to manage your business.
Here are the modules that will be grouped under these headers:
Sales:
Customers
Sales Orders
Packages
Invoices
Payments Received
Sales Returns
Credit Notes
Other modules like Picklists and Retainer Invoices, will be included if you've enabled them in Settings > Preferences.
Purchases:
Vendors
Expenses
Purchase Orders
Bills
Payments Made
Vendor Credits
Organized Active Sales Channels
We've added a common header to display all the sales channels that you have integrated with your organization. When you click on any of the channels, Zoho Inventory will take you to the Integrations page, where you can view and manage sales channels.
