Changes to the Customer Portal last night?
This morning when people use the Customer Portal after entering their information they just get a blank screen. The url contains index.jsp?serviceurl=%Fuserhome%Fnull%Fdashboard
Another problem
If a person asks for a password reset they get a screen to enter their email and the word from the image in the box below. There is no image! Only a broken image link.
I have tested this on different computers and different browsers.
