Here are some bugs I found with the  Sales IQ zoho chat + some ideas to implement:

IN BROWSER

--> Opened a new incognito window and opened the site. www.ozapato.com

--> Chat window does not come up -->

--> if you start a proactive chat from zoho sales IQ, then it comes up

IPHONE 4 and 5 browsers virtual machines > OK

ANDROID 

--> tested and no chat window shows up in the browser.

--> When I tried a proactive chat, nothing comes up.

--> After, if you browse in any product, a pop warning appeared

--> if you accept the pop up, it redirects you to this form -->
