Checkbox on Email Notification
I developed a simple form that includes dropdown box, radio button, and checkbox fields. The form includes email notification upon submittal to include the user submitted data. Dropdown boxes and radio buttons work fine, but checkboxes return null values in the email even though checked prior to submitting data. The database information is correct when I check it on the Zoho web site.
