Client Database Subform Question
Hi! I'm very new and on the trial run for this program. So far, I like it very much, but I've run into a catch. I imagine that the solution is simple but I'm confused by the glut of options available.
What I'm creating is a basic Client List for my tattoo shop which consists of a form (name, phone number, ect) and two sub forms.
SubForm A is just a date and money amount to keep track of when each client comes in and what they spend.
SubForm B is to record any cancellations and no-shows.
The problem is, When I look at the Client Reports, The SubForm information doesn't show up. Alternately, when I look at SubformA or B's report, they show what's been entered, but do not specify which entries go with which Client.
Is there any way to automatically link an entry field from one form to another? Very specifically, Can I make the name entered on the client form show up on a sub form without having to enter it manually every time?
