clikable contact me tab

I have my zoho set up on my blog where people can use the contact me feature. If you go on my blog it Is located way down in the bottom of the page. Is there a way that I can make it simple and use a contact me link that will where someone will just have to click on it to have it displayed. Now it is just showing everything.
