Columns won't show

I have a view which will only display one column. I have the other columns selected, but when I access the application only one column shows up. I've recorded the problem on you tube; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJU1S8820JY I've read the help and forums, but can't find anyone with the same problem. Any ideas what it could be???
