Dans cet article, nous découvrons comment Zoho People, une solution RH à 360° de Zoho One permet de gérer tous les activités RH, de l'intégration d'un salarié jusqu'au départ.
Pourquoi un système de gestion des activités RH
Le système de gestion des activités RH est la fonction d'une organisation qui se concentre entièrement sur le processus de recrutement de gestion et de direction des personnes qui travaillent dans l'organisation. La solution RH traite principalement des questions liées à la gestion des performances, à la sécurité, à la rémunération, aux avantages sociaux, à la formation, au bien-être et autres. Un département des ressources humaines conçu efficacement peut donner aux organisations la structure et la capacité de répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise en gérant ses précieuses ressources, à savoir ses employés.
Un aperçu sur le système de gestion des activités RH sur Zoho People
Ajouter un candidat
- Depuis l'onglet "Onboarding", allez sur l'onglet candidat.
- Sélectionnez l'onglet Ajouter et vous pouvez inviter un seul candidat ou plusieurs candidats à la fois. Vous pouvez également ajouter les candidats depuis un fichier CSV et sélectionnez Déclencher l'intégration pour démarrer le process d'intégration d'un candidat.
- Un e-mail est envoyé au candidat.
Intégrer dans votre organisation
- Vous pouvez entièrement personnaliser ce process.
- Depuis l'onglet Onboarding allez sur Flux d'intégration. Zoho People vous propose deux types d'onboarding entièrement personnalisables, l'un pour les candidats et l'autre pour les employés.
- Sélectionnez l'intégration de candidat. Ce process comporte notamment, une présentation de l'organisation, le profil général d'un salarié et les formulaires à remplir. Lorsque ce process est achevé, un candidat a été converti en employé et le process d'intégration d'un employé démarre. Ce process comporte, signez électroniquement les politiques d'un organisation, introduction à votre équipe, les objectives de votre post, et la formation initiale si nécessaire.
Gestion de la présence
Pour cela voici la marche à suivre:
- Allez sur l'onglet Attendance et sélectionnez paramètres généraux.
- À partir d'ici vous pouvez programmer les heures de travail, calculer des jours/ heures de salaire, les autorisations et si vos employés travaillent sur des fuseaux horaires différents, vous pouvez le programmer.
Créer différents horaires de travail
- Allez sur l'onglet Shift dessous de l'onglet Attendance et à partir de l'onglet "Ajouter une période de travail" vous pouvez programmer différentes périodes de travail.
- Pour programmer la pause café ou la pause déjeuner, allez sur l'onglet Pause et cliquez sur "Ajouter une pause" et les programmez selon la politique de votre organisation.
Programmer la période de salaire
- Sélectionnez l'onglet "Paramètres période de paiement" et cliquez sur "Configurer la paiement" et remplissez les détails demander tels que cycle de rémunération, jour de traitement de la paie, etc et enregistrez.
- Si vous avez des bureaux dans des endroits différents, vous pouvez programmer plusieurs période de salaire et attribuer l'emplacement où il est approprié d'agir.
Gestion du congé
Programmer les congés
- En fonction de la politique de congé de votre organisation, Zoho People vous permet de configurer plusieurs types de congé.
- Allez sur l'onglet congé et cliquez sur Type de congé. Depuis l'onglet Ajouter, programmez les congés. Vous pouvez également attribuer le congé en fonction du service, du post, du sexe, des lieux, etc.
Programmer les jours fériés
- Allez sur l'onglet Jours fériés, et depuis l'onglet Ajouter vous pouvez les configurer en fonction de la politique de votre région ou votre entreprise.
Gestion des fichiers
Depuis l'onglet fichier, vous pouvez enregistrer tous les documents de votre organisation et partager avec vos employés. Lorsqu'il y a un changement dans la politique de votre organisation, ces documents modifiés peuvent être téléchargés sous l'onglet "Fichiers" et partagés au travers de l'organisation et si nécessaire, une signature électronique peut être sollicitée.
Gestion des performances
La fonction de gestion des performances de Zoho People permet aux employés d'ajouter des objectifs et de marquer des ensembles de compétences et des objectifs clés de performance pour suivre leurs progrès. Un employé peut recevoir régulièrement un feed-back de la part de son manager.
Ajouter des objectifs
Si cette permission est activée par l'administrateur, un employé pourra ajouter ses propres objectifs.
- Saisissez un nom pour l'objectif.
- Saisissez une date d'échéance pour l'achèvement de l'objectif.
- Sélectionnez la priorité.
- Fournissez une description, si nécessaire.
- Vous pouvez saisir la progression du travail en pourcentage sous Progression.
- Cliquez sur Soumettre.
Associer une tâche à un objectif
Un objectif peut souvent être atteint par le biais des tâches sur lesquelles travaille un employé. Un objectif peut facilement être associé à une tâche de la manière suivante :
- Allez dans Performance > Mon évaluation > Objectifs.
- Cliquez sur Ajouter une tâche.
- À partir de là, vous pouvez soit ajouter les détails d'un nouveau travail ou associer un travail existant.
Programmer le cycle d'évaluation
- Allez sur l'onglet cycle d'évaluation et ajoutez un nouveau cycle depuis l'onglet Ajouter.
- Saisissez le nom d'évaluation, la période, différents indicateurs à inclure et enregistrez. Vous pouvez programmer différents cycles d'évaluation et attribués aux employés en fonction de rôle et de service.
Gestion de départ
L'onglet Gestion de départ de Zoho People vous permet de soumettre votre démission. Pour configurer le formulaire de gestion de départ,
- Allez sur l'onglet Paramètres et sélectionnez Formulaires dessous de l'onglet Personnalisation.
- Cliquez sur Ajouter un nouveau formulaire, rédigez le nom du formulaire, attribuez l'onglet Gestion de départ sous l'onglet place et terminez. La fenêtre de créer un formulaire s'affichera.
- Ajoutez les champs nécessaires et enregistrez. Ce formulaire s'affichera dessous l'onglet Gestion de départ.
