I posted here last week and suddenly started getting Zoho Creator support. That lasted a few days. Unfortunately, each time I talk to someone new and they all have different ideas. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I find it odd that since I have been working with them to TRY to resolve the same issue over and over again they somehow manage to call everyday to ask if we are ready to upgrade to $175/month but they don't call back for days on end to resolve my issues. AGAIN I am having an issue with fields not showing up and with not being able to drag and drop fields where they belong. In the first place, it's ridiculous that this form doesn't show up in the order in which I enter it but Zoho assumes I want it alphabetized. I do not want it that way and it creates a huge amount of extra work dragging the fields into the place I wanted them to begin with. And what's worse is that no one calls back, or at times, no one even answers the phone. My boss is already bothering me to move to Caspio as we have wasted much time on this. ZOHO IF YOU'RE OUT THERE A CALL TODAY WOULD BE IN ORDER.
