This problem was very serious (from my perspective) but was fixed by eliminating "quote" characters from form and field titles! 

Note to all Zoho creators: DON'T USE QUOTE CHARACTERS IN FIELD TITLES!!

I had several lists under the application title: "My Movie and Shopping Lists" so I changed the title to "My Lists". After that I now have no access at all to the forms, or the views, or to the data when I click on the tab links.
