I know there is a feature of Composite Item that's close but does not meet our needs.

We need the ability to have a group of services displayed in Estimates and Invoices with a total.  That means, not including a price for each item.  The group of services is not set - in other words, it varies from estimate to estimate. 

Showing the total in the Estimate and hiding the line item prices is not a solution as I can have multiple line items requiring a price, and then a group of services listed with one price.  Hope that makes sense.  What's the best way to accomplish this?
