confirmation of new user

Hi, We are using creator to run a service we offer, and we are planning to go live in the near future.

We are happy that we can remove the branding, however, in order that a new user can be loaded, we need to set them up, and this in turn means that they will receive an email from Zoho for them to verify they are who they say they are.

Is there any way around this, as it is clear it is Zoho fronting the service if we have to use this process?
