Contact Daily Sync Time

Hi,

I have configured a daily sync of a contact list in Zoho Campaign from a custom view of CRM that is updated daily with new leads/contacts and has setup an autoresponder that will email new contacts after an hour of subscribing or adding into the list.
Now question is what is the exact time when contacts are synced with CRM Data? Let me explain my concern using following example

In CRM (Custom View):
Alex created as a lead at 10:00 AM Today
John created as a lead at 11:59PM Today

In Campaign:
Sync time is lets say 11:00 AM daily which means It will only pick Alex and send email to him that day.
John will either be dropped or will be sent an email next day.

Can you please explain how system will work in above case ?
