Copy Application not working

I can copy all of my apps but one. The people I share to have the same problem witht the same app:
egutshall/task-manager (already shared to support).

Also, can I allow people I share with to edit the app itself?

Finally, I tried making the app public to see if they could copy it then, but it still wouldnt work. What I noticed is that the little "copy" link on /publicapps disappears when you do a search - we had to scroll through to find the app we wanted from the first page to keep the "copy" buttons and/or manually write the correct CopyApp.do script in the URL (neither worked anyway)

Thanks for your help copying my app - this has become business critical for me - which is good and bad!
