Lets say I have two lists(forms):  Leads and Clients

How can I add a button to each entry in the Leads list that would say "Copy to Clients" and copy that record into the clients list

The lists are formated like this:

Leads

Name - Phone - Email 

Clients

Name - Phone - Email - Address
