Corrupted Script??? - Application and Creator Hang

I have two large and complex forms in my Paperless Office applicaiton that will not load in the application. They appear fine in creator when using the visual interface but hang Creator when I try to switch to script mode. The forms are documents and files. Luckily I had saved a copy of the deluge script. I recreated a document_2 form and a files_2 form from the saved copy and all is fine.

I believe the problem occurred when I initially deleted the Office_Users form intendng to replace it with a more functional design. I've since put the Office_Users form back - but that didn't get me Files and Documents back.

Can you recover the original Files and Documents forms for me? Please? I don't want to have to redo everything that references them!
