we would like to create a (landing page) with some customer details (from Zoho CRM), at the minimum with salutation, pre- and lastname. In the best case we can include that page in a workflow in Zoho CRM.

The logic behind is quite similar to the function in Zoho Campaign when you open a newsletter in a webbrowser, but without sending out an email before. We would need to have access to this webview of each site/page with customer details. 

Example: 

customer receives a post letter. from the letter the customer can scan a qr code, which links to that site with further information and salutation hello pre- and lastname customer. 

We do not want to send out emails as we have a higher conversion rate sending out letter by post. 

we have looked into different Zoho Tools. 

-Campaign, not able to generate a webview without sending emails/Newsletter nor to connect to CRM

- Writer, public links have in the header the Writer Logo and details about the publisher

- Landing Page, not able to merge Zoho CRM customer details nor any individual merge fields

- Sites: no clue
