Create a printable format from Zoho Creator

Basically, I am creating a database of lesson plans for teachers. I want to then be able to extract the data to print out in multiple ways in an easily understood format for teachers while keeping the formatting (italic, bullets etc.) that I used when I input the data into the Zoho Database from my Zoho creator App.

For example, I have the following fields (most in drop down menus):
Unit Name
Unit Number
Overall Week Number
Unit Week Number
Day of Week Number
Materials
Objectives
Vocabulary
Set
Go

I want something like a mail-merge into a word template from excel or something of that nature to print out the lessons in total into a pretty format. The Set and Go sections are long (and need formatting, like bold and italics) because they are the procedures of the lesson which is why I didn't just use something like an Excel spreadsheet to input all this information.

Then I want the ability for example to print reports like:
1) A list of materials for Week 1 or Unit 1
2) The titles of all the lessons with the same objective

I am not a programmer either and have really tried to research this. Any help is appreciated.
