I have been racking my brain on trying to do this and I can't get a hold of ZOHO crm support for help. Can someone please help me with this function coding?
I would like to have a new Event Created in the Deals (we call it Opportunities) module when a date/time field is updated. The field name is "Measure Call Date". I know I can create a workflow but i'm struggling to create the function correctly.
When a date/time is entered in this field, I would like the event to be created and added to the Opportunity (deal) Owner's calendar.
In Event, it would look like:
From: Date and Time based on the "Measure Call" field data
To: Same Date + 2 hrs
Host: "Opportunity Owner"
Event Name (or subject): this would be two fields pulled in. "Opportunity Name" and "Stage"
Address: This would be the address from fields within the Opportunity. The fields are: "Project Street", "Project City", "Project State", "Project Zip Code"
Description: This would be two fields as well. "Products Interested In" and Notes from Initial Contact".
Is this possible? I REALLY APPRECIATE any and all help! Thank you everyone!
