Create Pages in a form ?

I have a form that has a great deal of info needed to be collected. The information is currently divided by using the 'add notes' section, however, it is just too busy and may be daunting for the customer. I know google forms allows you to create pages so you hit a 'continue button' to move to the next section of the form, is this possible, if so how?
