Hi Guys

I am building a new site and would like to best understand how to do the following.

Have a form on my Zoho site that allows the creation of a support ticket.

The support ticket needs to integrate into Zoho Desk for the support team.

Integrate to  Zoho CRM against the Account (I can do this one from Desk but how would the Site Form parse to Desk with the correct account name as in the CRM)
