Until recently, you could change the subject. If you entered the following code there and forwarded the e-mail to your Zoho Support e-mail address, the e-mail was automatically assigned to the ticket.
Subject: [##123456##] cndsjkflhsdjlfs
Here the complete e-mail was automatically attached to the ticket 123456.
I can't do that anymore. I now have to switch to the ticket system, search out the old ticker and link it to the new ticket.
The effort here is much too high and you have to do it immediately, because otherwise you lose the overview completely. After several new tickets, nobody knows anymore what belongs to which ticket.
