Creating a PDF in Purchase Request

Hi

I'm new to this system. I would like to use this application called "Purchase Request" to create Purchase Orders. Does anyone know what I would need to read to accomplish this task? What would I need to read up to get this done? Is there anyone this group that can help do it? If yes what would the charges be?
