Creating a time stamp when status is changed

Creating a time stamp when status is changed

Hello.  I have a status field that I use as a workflow procedure with my company.  I would like for Zoho to create a time stamp in the contact's record when the status is changed.  Can you tell me how to do this please?  Thank you!
