We are implementing the Enterprise Plus addition of ZOHO CRM and Books.  

Within the CRM we frequently assign staff members to multiple roles within the Contact, Account, Potentials, Quotes and SalesOrder modules.

I realize I could create and manually update separate Pick Lists within each module, but this seems highly inefficient is there another way?
