Creating an email list to use in Google Mail?

Hello, I'm trying to create a simple contacts database for a supporters club to include our current and past members, and to use it to email our newsletter or letters in PDF.  I would like to set up an action after filtering the view to create a list of email addresses that I can copy into Google Mail.  I've read the "Create Action" and "Functions" help/support, but I cant get it to work.  Can anyone provide an idiots guide to create a list of email addresses separated by commas that can be copied into Gmail?  I will be on the free platform of Creator and was hoping one of the free contact databases in the marketplace had an email address list function but didnt find one.
