I'm using CRM and Books, with CRM acting a both a CRM and a booking system. Creator is involved as a calendar for the booking system. Our qualification process invovles giving a list of items which together is a servies we offer. Giving the a set list of these items and their, some in different qualities, out over the phone and email is somethimg I do every working day. The number of items and type remain the same only some of their quantities change. I send out a written verson in the form of an estimate from Books. Some of these people end up being contacts but some of them dont and end up becomes posssible leads.

I have to convert them however in order to create an estimate. This would be the same if I used the quotes module in CRM. Is there anywhay that a form can be created which only needs the quantities entering which creates a draft estimate which can then be made into a propper estimate if a lead becomes a contact?
