Hello Creator Community- Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I'm trying to create a pretty simple web form that:

- Contains 1 sliders

- Has 1 calculations field

- Has 3 text entry fields

- Can be formatted into two columns (So I don't have a 1 page form :^) ).

But have run into a few roadblocks with the various Zoho One options:

- Forms does not support two columns

- Surveys does not support calculations

- As far as I can tell, Creator has no slider fields

I've never created in Creator so I'm probably missing something. But seems I can't create a pretty straight forward web form so far. 

Any advice?
