creator admin email address change

I am using the send email tools on successful submission of a Creator Form. I established my account when I worked for one institution but have subsequently changed institutions. The email confirmation of success submission comes from my original email address. I modified my primary email address in the MyAccount tools to make my primary email address be the one for the new institution. I completed the whole process including confirmation. Still the message appears to come from the former account.

Can I convince Creator to use the new one? Do I need to create a new account from the new institutional address?
