Dear users,
I feel that I should remind you of the terms and conditions of use of Zoho Creator, particularly this clause

"Fees and Payments
AdventNet reserves the right at any time to charge or modify fees for access to portions or whole of any or all of the Services. However, such fees shall not be charged unless your prior agreement to pay such charges is obtained. Thus, if at any time AdventNet requires a fee for any of the Services, you will be given reasonable advance notice of such fees and the opportunity to cancel your membership before such charges are imposed. If you elect not to pay such fees, AdventNet shall have the right to cease providing such Service to you."


I made a further enquiry

and was told that most likely the fees for Creator would have an element based on shared Zoho users and that this would happen reasonably soon. Thus if you are thinking of creating an application and sharing it amongst many users (each one having a Zoho login) then think twice before commiting your business to it until you know the charges.
