I'm having a problem with a single specific form in my app. There have been no changes to the form and I have tested by turning off any associated scripts, but nothing has changed.

Through some different device I have found the issue to be that this page has conflicts with the latest version of chrome/chromium an old personal laptop running Chrome version 112.0.5615.140 was able to access the page fine, however when I updated Chrome to the latest version 114.0.5735.134 which is the same as our work machines I was unable to access the same pages and received the errors detailed below

Error code: STATUS_BREAKPOINT

This app is over 2 years old with no changes made to the form in question and it runs on firefox and ios, just that the updated chrome version won't run it.

My company pay for premium support but so far have not even recieved an acknowledgement of our emails:
