I'm really interested to hear your experiences of setting up customer monthly billing (i.e. subscriptions) with Creator?
As a relatively new user I've looked at 2 options...
1. Integrate Creator directly into a payment gateway.
It looks like Creator has some useful triggers to change billing status etc, from the running of a billing cycle, but would mean storing potentially lots of product info and management reports inside the app. This looks like the simplest solution though to get started quickly, but maybe not so good wit lots of products?
2. Use Zoho Subscriptions to manage the billing for Creator
Zoho subscriptions allows for lots of product customisations, upsells and management tools which would take time to build in creator. However, because the integration looks quite basic (embedding order forms etc), it looks like we'll need to set up our own integration using flow, which looks OK but you may know better from your own experience?
Or....Is there an option 3 that we don't know about?
I would love to hear your thoughts before we commit to a solution...
