Creator problems

I have a big xls workbook that I am trying to upload into a new Creator application. The file is about 30 columns and just under 10,000 records. I have tried uploading it through firefox and IE, but can't seem to get it to take. Firefox crashes when I hit "create now". Is there a size limit on the applications, or do you have any suggestions?
