Hi,

Is it possible to set criteria so that the logged in user can only see records in the report that have been assigned to them? Note that they are not the addeduser as they did not create the record.

I've tried:

Assigned_Case_Mgr == zoho.loginuser

But since not working, assume this is because the two names may be appearing differently, ie the zoho.loginuser = joebloggs and the Assigned Case Manager = Joe Bloggs.

Any suggestions?
