Creator Restrictions

Hi there,
I am in the process of recommending Zoho Creator to one of my clients. However I need clarification on what the current restrictions of use are witha a particular creator app. i.e.

Data volume,
Emails
Shared Users
App size

etc.

and can these limitations be removed on payment
