We've been experiencing off and on accessibility to our creator database. It occasionally moves extremely slow and other times won't allow us to access at all.
It appeared that the issue was fixed earlier in the day, but it seems that there is still a problem. We were told that the server connected with our account was going down. Please provide an update as to when we can expect this issue to be resolved.
