Creator won't start

Is Creator not working? I keep getting this error:

An error has occured. It has been reported to Zoho Creator support. We will look into this issue .

Go to Zoho Creator Home

Any help anyone could provide would be nice. I have not been able to get it to work for a week now. I do have a valid account.
