Criteria in views does not work!

I have created 2 new views but none of them base thier views on the "criteria"
I have set up.
Them two views I have created are;
Logistic Assigned and Manual in Progress.
This has happend before, what can be wrong? It is in my appl. "change request system ver 2.0" which is open to support.
