CRM and Desk Integration

Hello!

I'm integrating Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk right now. Since the integration is limited to the Accounts and Contacts modules, I changed the Layout of my Accounts module to fit what I need. Here is the tricky part:

- Now I have 3 Account Types:  A, B and C.
- My main goal is to be able to track the service presented to my B types.
- The B Account Type will always have an A Account Type as a Parent Account. I'm using a lookup field to connect that Parent Account.
- I need to be able to stablish A's contacts with B, but the Related List is always sending me to create a New Contact, and it looks like the Lookup field doesn't map on Desk.

Is there any way for me to have the contacts from A in B, and be sure that it will be synced on Desk? All the other fields are mapped perfectly, but it seems like the Lookup Fields won't work. I even tried with a Formula Field making it a string and giving it the same value as the Lookup Field, or using the CommandCenter to update fields but since it only works on fields and not Related Lists, nothing worked.

Any ideas?
