CRM Blueprint Task Due Date Calculation Issue During Sandbox to Live Environment Deployment
Whenever we push changes from the sandbox to the live environment, the Live CRM Blueprint Task Business Days selection reverts to regular days instead of remaining as business days. This results in the need to manually adjust the due date option from 'Days' to 'Business Days' each time.
This discrepancy arises due to the absence of a business hours concept in the sandbox environment. or the new change in the existing blueprint should not impact the existing task due date setups based on business hours.
Each day, we generate over 100 tasks across various processes.
For instance, if a blueprint task is triggered on a Friday with a due date set as 2 days, the due date is incorrectly calculated as Sunday. Consequently, the report consistently indicates that users are missing the task deadline.
