Recently I became aware that adding recurring items to our CRM calendar and selecting options to additionally add those items to a ZohoOne "mail" calendar or "shared" calendar or "personal" calendar, only adds the first occurrence of the recurring item to the destination calendar.

I suggest this be properly coded to synchronize and reflect the recurring items in both places.
