CRM Signals show a red number for new activity however the list never refreshes so I can't see the actual recent activity.

Whilst looking into this myself I noticed that "Campaigns Opened' was unticked, for it to tell me to integrate the two apps, but then once I clicked that it tells me it is already connected.

I need to know the accurate recent activity so I can follow up with people - what's going on?
