Hi all can i get some assistance, have created a system which relies heavily on multiple applications. There is a separate application for each entity. I set it up this was as the request was that there needed to be separation between entities for security , reporting etc.  

But there is an administrator who needs to administer certain actions across all the entities. Each entity for example takes application forms and they need to assign them to different people. But there may be 20 entities running at the same time and they need oversite over all the entities rather than having to log into all of them.  

Is seems I can create a page that allows you to embed different graphs from different applications, but this might not be scalable.  Ive also looked into zoho analytics and might have to use that to get the data.   

Can anyone please provide some advice on the direction I should take. 

At its most basic i need a simple report that goes across applications telling them how many X forms there are across each entity and an easy way to click on links to action items across applications.
