I'd like to do 2 things with custom CRM fields and haven't been able to: 

1. I have a check box in my Accounts tab that I'd like the related contacts (custom field) to reflect. I also want to be able to modify all related contacts' check box from the Accounts tab. Is that possible? 

2. When creating a related contact, I'd like the address of the organisation to auto populate for that contact. Is that possible?
